EU Exit Government advice on preparation - specific guidance for schools

EU Exit

The government has published extensive advice on the steps  that citizens, businesses and other organisations may need to take to prepare for our exit from the EU. This information is available at gov.uk/euexit.

Many schools and colleges will have already started putting their plans into action.  However, for those who have not, it’s recommended that schools and colleges ensure they are similarly prepared – including plans for a no-deal exit.

Specific guidance has been published to support schools and colleges to prepare in the event of no deal being reached.  The guidance signposts education institutions to relevant information, in the context of how it may affect the education sector.

The guidance can be found here:

·        EU exit: no deal preparations for schools in England

·        EUexit: no deal preparations for further education and apprenticeship providers
